James has been with the company for over 35 years. He began his journey with Trim-Rite, Inc. back in 1983, working at the Schaumburg, IL plant. He began working as a general manager and shortly after became the owner in 1986. He is the driving force of both Trim-Rite and Rantoul Foods.
